Introducing the Impruvon IMPACT Awards: Celebrating the Teams Getting It Right, Every Day

Behind every medication pass is a person who's counting on it going right. The individuals our customers serve, many of whom can't always advocate for themselves, depend on teams who show up, every shift, and get it right. That work deserves more than a passing thank-you.
Today, we're introducing the Impruvon IMPACT Awards:
our inaugural recognition program honoring the provider organizations setting the standard for what great care looks like.

Why We Built This
Impruvon works alongside organizations across I/DD, behavioral health, and HCBS settings, and across every one of them, we see the same thing: teams showing up every day to do work that matters enormously to the individuals in their care, often with little recognition beyond their own walls.
The IMPACT Awards exist to close that gap. We built this program around the outcomes that matter most to the people being served: fewer missed medications, stronger barcode safeguards, more complete vitals checks, and more reliable follow-through on care tasks. We use platform data to surface the organizations where that commitment shows up not just in intent, but in practice, day in and day out.
Our CEO and Co-Founder Justin Amoyal says it best:
"The IMPACT Awards honor the providers doing the hardest, most important work in I/DD care: keeping individuals safe who cannot always advocate for themselves. Instead of tracking documentation for its own sake, these trailblazing organizations are being recognized for outcomes that truly matter — like eliminating missed medications and ensuring airtight safeguards. These teams are raising the bar for medication safety and execution excellence."
How the Awards Work
We know a 20-person agency and a 200-site organization operate at very different scales, so we built the program to make sure both get a fair shot at recognition. Every eligible organization is placed into one of three Impact Tiers, based on medication administration volume, so providers are only ever measured against peers of similar size and scale:
Rising Impact — smaller provider agencies
Elevated Impact — mid-size provider organizations
Summit Impact — large, multi-site organizations
Performance is scored across five categories, each tied to a specific outcome that matters for the people being served.
Award | What it Recognizes |
Precision in Care | Best Medication Administration Rate |
Scan-to-Safety | Best Barcode Scan Rate |
Complete Care | Best Vitals Completion Rate |
Accountability in Action | Best Effectiveness Check Completion Rate |
Execution Excellence | Best Care Task Completion Rate |
Why It Matters for the Organization and the People They Serve
Our provider partners and the people we serve together are the reason Impruvon exists. Every day, we get to work alongside organizations who show up for people who need them most, and we don't take that partnership for granted. We're grateful to be part of this community, and proud of what we get to build together in service of better individual outcomes.
For organizations, this recognition is validation: hard data showing that the systems and discipline they've built are working, benchmarked fairly against similar peers, and worth celebrating in front of their teams, their boards, and their communities.
It's the direct care teams who make this possible. The ones who show up every single day, every shift, every medication pass, every vitals check, often without anyone watching or saying thank you. This program exists because we see that work, and we don't think it should go unnoticed.
For the individuals these organizations support, many of whom can't always advocate for themselves, none of this is abstract. It's a medication given on time. A safety check that didn't get missed. A team that followed through. That's what person-centered care looks like in practice: the quiet reliability that lets people live their lives, safely.
